Last Day in Stockholm

All Saints Sunday was the day for Lilian to make her first trip to church.

I don’t know that she got a lot out of the service but she got to see the sights as her mom and her walked the halls back and forth.

St Peter and St Sigfrid Anglican Episcopal Church in Stockholm.

After worship we hiked the shoreline trail away from the city toward the row club.

While the Swedish sky tends to be a bit overcast we did think we saw the shadow or impression of a sun for a moment.

The Djurgårdsbrunn brunch was so fantastic that we only stopped eating long enough to take this one simple picture. Grandpa won over the girls by making at least 5 trips back to the brunch table but Olle beat me by almost double that number of trips back to get a new plate.

We definitely plan to return another Sunday to this great spot on the water.

A great restaurant should always have reclining chairs as a place to enjoy an after dinner apple (we couldn’t believe Olle was STILL eating).

Obviously, Swedish King Gustavus also made many returns to the buffet table!

Back home to the apartment to spend our last evening with the girls.
